Except where prior vaccination applies as per section 4 below, persons who travel to any U.S. state or territory, except New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware,

a.get tested 3-5 days after the trip;

b.If a person tests positive, they must self-isolate for at least 10 days and should postpone travel during that time;

c.If a person tests negative, they must quarantine for a full 7 days after travel;

d. If testing is not available, they must quarantine for 10 days after travel.  If the results are delayed, they must quarantine for 7 days after travel.
