Hi, my name is Ms. Delgado and I am so excited to be your school counselor! My goal is to make sure every student feels supported, included, and ready to shine. Whether it’s schoolwork, making friends, managing feelings, or planning for the future I’m here to help. My door is always open for students, families, and teachers because we’re all a team in helping kids succeed.

For those of you who will be new at Lincoln School, my office is located on the first floor - Room 129. Please stop by if you have any questions or need any information!

What is a school counseling program?

Our school counseling program is designed to support every student in three important areas: academic growth, social emotional learning, and career readiness. This happens through classroom lessons, small group activities, and one-on-one support. The program helps students build skills like problem solving, confidence, kindness, and goal setting, while also connecting families with resources. A school counseling program reaches every student, regardless of affiliation, and strives to focus on the knowledge and attitude needed for successful academic achievement and personal/social growth. A school counselor serves as an advocate for all the students in their respective schools.
