Welcome!

Dear Parents & Students,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!  I hope everyone had a fun and safe summer break.  I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Mrs. Maria Jelencovich. I have been teaching for twelve years in the North Bergen School District. I received a Master's degree in Special Education: Literacy from Saint Peter's University.

In my classroom, students will be provided with clear structure, and consistent support that fits their individual needs and strengths by using visual aids, routines, and encouraging them to speak up so they can build confidence and learn important life skills.
